Distributors, manufacturers, retailers, ecommerce and field service teams: see automation running on your business, with your own data: $3,750 for 30 days.
A big system decision shouldn't rest on a slide deck. Start with a free strategy call. If it's a fit, we build your solution in a pilot environment on your real data and show you exactly how it works, in a full working session every week. Once you've seen the core of your solution working, you're ready to decide on Live. Sign within 14 days after your pilot ends and the $3,750 is credited toward implementation fees.

One price, shown up front: $3,750 for 30 days. Once you've seen the core of your solution working, you're ready to decide on Live.
Credit terms: The $3,750 is credited if you sign an implementation agreement within 14 days after your pilot term ends (30 days, or the approved extension). The credit applies once, to implementation fees only. It does not apply to licenses or support, and it is not refundable as cash. The pilot fee is non-refundable once work begins.
Not included: Acumatica licenses. Some integrations need your own third-party licenses or accounts; for example, a DocuSign integration requires your own DocuSign account. Taxes are extra if applicable.
Pricing subject to a signed pilot agreement; scope confirmed on your strategy call and in your pilot agreement.
Most companies are asked to commit to a full rollout based on a demo of someone else's business. The pilot flips that. We build the core of your solution on your own data, show you exactly how it works week by week, and you finish with a solution brief in hand. Then you decide your next step, and if you sign an implementation agreement within 14 days after your pilot term ends, the fee is credited toward implementation fees.
We create your pilot instance in CyberCore's Lab, with the modules your business needs, import your data and set it up. We demo everything in detail in your weekly sessions, and your team can try it with us during those sessions, so you see the real thing working on your data.
Your Live system is built on the same version and modules you saw in the pilot, with full users and performance tuning.

Yes. The strategy call is free and comes first. The paid pilot is the next step, if it's a fit.

Most pilots are mapped within 30 days. Complex projects, such as ones with many integrations, can extend to 60 or at most 90 days, only with your approval and at additional cost, quoted in advance.

Your actual data. You provide it, and CyberCore imports it. Your data is kept confidential, used only for your pilot, and deleted within 14 days after your credit window closes if you don't move forward.
Each week there's a full working session. We go deeper into the details, show what we accomplished the previous week, and make changes based on your feedback. The same weekly approach continues in the full implementation, under its own detailed project plan.
Yes, during our sessions together. We create the instance, import your data, set it up, and demo everything in detail in your weekly sessions, and your team can try it with us there. It isn't open around the clock the way your Live system will be.
